in a deliberate act of worship. If you hoard a thing for yourself, it will turn
into spiritual dry rot, as the manna did when it was hoarded. God will never let
you hold a spiritual thing for yourself; it has to be given back to Him that He
may make it a blessing to others.“

That's what worship is all about. It's about being coming into the holy presence
of God & returning to Him what He has given to us. It's not about what we can
give or who we are in terms of our status & standings. It's about how willing
we are in submitting to His will & in our willingness to obey & offer ourselves
for His service.
Worship is a lifestyle and it has to be a daily activity. It cannot be just a Sunday
experience but has to take priority in our Christian life and also as a church.
Worship involve our heart, soul, mind and emotion.
That's the motto of the worship team & what we seek to achieve as we come Sundays
after Sundays. Regardless of the respective areas of ministries, we see ourselves
as mere instruments used by God for His extension of His kingdom. We are simply
His channels of blessings even as we serve Him. As we focus on Him, then are we
drawn closer & deeper into intimacy with Him.
The worship ministry does not consist of people who are extraordinary or super talented
(though there are some sub-ministries that do require some basic talent/gift) but
people who believe that God is EXTRAORIDNARY! All that is required to serve on board
the worship team is a FAST (Faithful, Available, Servanthood, Teachable) attitude.
God will and can transform what little we have into something beyond what we can
comprehend.
